Introduction:

  • All products displayed on the Autobia platform are subject to the terms and specifications set by their local or international manufacturers or distributors, and Autobia shall not be held responsible for any manufacturing, storage, or shipping operations.
  • Except for any warranty provided by the supplier/seller (if any), Autobia does not provide any liability or warranty for any of the products offered through the platform, and the user acknowledges the nature of these contractual arrangements and their implications.
  • Autobia aims to create an outstanding customer journey through its website and apps; therefore, we have outlined the terms and conditions related to the stages of this journey as follows:
  • Our Vocabulary:

    1. User/Customer: The person who places orders for goods and products through the Autobia app/website, and must have the legal capacity to do so.
    2. Autobia (or “we”) refers to the Autobia Supply Company for Trading, with commercial registration number 2050137637, located in Saudi Arabia, Dammam, 3217, Al-Hariri, Al-Nahda, 6390.
    3. (Home Page) means the main page of the app/website, which displays the titles, sections, and the brands that we facilitate to be shown to the user.
    4. (Categories) refer to the main and sub-categories available on the website/app.
    5. (Account) means the user’s details and shopping history, created upon registration for shopping via the Autobia website or apps.
    6. (Retail Price) refers to the prices at which the supplier/owner intends to sell the item, as displayed on the Autobia platform and apps, and includes additional charges added to the product’s price (taxes, any additional fees), excluding shipping costs.
    7. (Cashback) means the amount collected by Autobia customers in their electronic wallets within their account on the website/app, and the customer can use the cashback balance in their wallet to pay for purchases at any time by choosing to pay with this balance instead of cash or credit card.
    8. (Promotional Code) is a unique alphanumeric character (or code) that gives the user an opportunity to receive a discount, cashback, or a specific gift according to the conditions specified for each code.

    Our Terms:

    1. Access:
      1. The website/app may become temporarily unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance, or due to force majeure reasons beyond our control.
      2. Errors and malfunctions will be periodically fixed according to Autobia's available resources.
      3. By using our digital platforms, the customer fully acknowledges that such use is at their own risk regarding the contractual actions they enter into, and that the purpose for which they use Autobia is legitimate.
      4. The customer alone is responsible for any consequences arising from sharing their username and password for the Autobia app/website, email, or the login code sent from autobia.com with any person, entity, or organization.
      5. The user is not entitled to exploit any vulnerability or software error to affect the autobia.com service or to obtain any benefit not expressly provided, and the user agrees to compensate in such cases.
      6. Autobia reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who uses threats or physical or verbal violence against any customer service or delivery staff, or any party involved with the platform.
      7. This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences.
      8. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, and we are not liable for them. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
      9. This website contains materials that are either owned by us or licensed to us. These materials include, but are not limited to, the design, layout, appearance, and graphics.
      10. Duplication is prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
      11. All trademarks reproduced on this website that are not owned by or licensed to the operator are acknowledged on the website.
      12. Unauthorized use of this website may result in a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.
      13. From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to offer further information. They do not imply endorsement of the linked websites. We assume no responsibility for the content of any linked website.
      14. Your use of this website and any dispute arising from such use shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    2. Content:
      1. Without any commitment to time, type, or quantity, Autobia regularly updates the content on its platforms.
      2. It is solely the customer's responsibility to note the update date—if any—and to be aware of the possibility of errors or omissions.
      3. We may update the app/website from time to time, and the content may change at any time. However, please note that any content on the app/website may be outdated.
      4. Intellectual property and all rights on the app/website, or any part thereof, whether provided by Autobia, the user, or any third party, remain the property of Autobia.
      5. The user acknowledges the legal responsibility incurred by using any data pertaining to Autobia without written permission, and may be subject to penalties imposed by Autobia.
      6. In the event that any system or regulation prevents Autobia from automatically obtaining any rights or data through the use of the website/app, the customer agrees to grant Autobia all powers permitted by law to collect, use, and share such data.
      7. The user is responsible for protecting their personal data by using appropriate and adequate security software.
    3. Modification:
      1. From time to time, we may make changes or modifications to this policy, and within the limits permitted by applicable regulations, we will notify the user of such changes.
    4. Installment Service Program:
      1. Company Authorization: By agreeing to subscribe to the service, you authorize Autobia to provide the “Buy Now, Pay Later” service in partnership with several licensed service providers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as Tabby, Tamara, AIS Pay, and others.
      2. Primary Contact Method: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the phone number registered with us (as per the agreement form) is the primary means for notifications and communication. If this number is updated or if we request additional data, you must provide it within 3 business days to avoid service suspension.
      3. Acceptance or Rejection of Transactions: Transactions via the “Buy Now, Pay Later” service are accepted or rejected based on the evaluation and review by the service providers, without any liability on Autobia and without the need to notify any party in the event of a rejection.
      4. Information Collection: If you make use of the “Buy Now, Pay Later” service, the merchant agrees to allow the service providers to collect information about the store and its customers (the end customer) without the need for any written or verbal consent.
      5. Transaction Limits: Autobia or the authorized service providers reserve the right to set a maximum or minimum limit on the volume of transactions allowed and update it at their sole discretion.
      6. Wallet Credit Addition: When you conduct transactions through the “Buy Now, Pay Later” service, the amounts from completed transactions will be credited to your service wallet after deducting the service fee, including VAT.
      7. Settlement of Amounts: Due amounts are settled to the merchant’s bank account according to the agreed policy, or the amount may be used for purchases via Autobia through various sales channels.
      8. Using Balance as a Down Payment: If the merchant wishes to use the “Buy Now, Pay Later” wallet balance as a down payment for future purchases, it will be treated as a down payment. The merchant must inform Autobia of this intention at least three business days before the settlement date.
      9. Service Fee: When using the “Buy Now, Pay Later” service, Autobia charges a fee based on a percentage of the transaction value, plus VAT on the transaction value, to the merchant.
      10. Refunds: In the event of a full or partial return by the merchant to the end customer, Autobia imposes a fee based on a percentage of the transaction value on the refunded amount as an administrative fee for processing the return. The end customer will receive a refund from the service providers within a maximum of 7 business days, to the payment method used for the invoice.
      11. Utilization of Available Balance: Autobia reserves the right, without requiring the merchant’s consent, to use the available “Buy Now, Pay Later” wallet balance to settle any debts or amounts due from the merchant as a result of previous transactions.
      12. Compliance with Islamic Sharia: The merchant has the right to verify that the transactions comply with Islamic Sharia according to their own judgment, and Autobia holds no responsibility regarding the Sharia compliance of the installment operations provided by the service providers.
      13. Suspension or Termination of Service: Autobia reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete the service in cases where it deems it necessary, at its sole discretion.
      14. Modification of Terms: Autobia reserves the right to modify, delete, or add to the service terms from time to time, and it is incumbent on the merchant to review the terms and conditions periodically.
    5. Purchase Terms:
      1. The following purchase terms will apply when the user initiates a transaction via the website/app:
        1. You must be legally eligible to make a purchase.
        2. You must have the means to pay cash directly or through the credit cards and e‑wallets accepted by Autobia, including any fees associated with the payment method.
        3. You must keep your login details strictly confidential, as you are fully responsible for any use of your account by you or by any person, entity, or organization that gains access to your account using your login credentials.
        4. You must maintain strict confidentiality of your login information, as you will be held responsible for any use of your account by you or by any person, entity, or organization that accesses it using your login credentials.
        5. If you become convinced that your data is no longer sufficiently secure, or if you suspect that someone else may have accessed or is using your Autobia account, contact us immediately.
        6. The user agrees to waive their right to access their Autobia account if it is suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or any other reason that Autobia deems appropriate for account cancellation or suspension.
        7. Receiving a notification of your order without an explicit confirmation from Autobia does not constitute acceptance of its legal or regulatory effects, and Autobia reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.
        8. Some goods/products/services may require additional terms, which will be specified separately.
      2. Regarding Price:
        1. The price of the selected good/product you order will be the price displayed on the website/app at the time you place or modify your order.
        2. The Autobia team strives to provide the best possible service, but errors may occur in the product and price information provided by the Autobia website/app.
        3. We cannot confirm the product price until the purchase order has been submitted.
        4. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to contact you for guidance or to cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
        5. In all cases, Autobia reserves the right to adjust prices and to inform you of any modifications.
        6. If the Autobia app/website accepts your order, the same amount will be charged to your credit card and you will be notified by email or text message; you will be required to pay in cash upon delivery if cash payment is selected or if we are unable to charge your card.
        7. Autobia reserves the right to process credit card payment before dispatching your order.
        8. In all cases, if we need to cancel an order after processing the payment, the charged amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card, or a credit balance may be provided in your wallet or account on the website/app.
        9. The user agrees that prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Moreover, the description/performance of products is based on the catalog and technical prints provided by the suppliers/agents; therefore, the written description of each product is not attributable to us and is subject to change without prior notice.
        10. In addition to the price, delivery or collection fees may also apply.
      3. Regarding Order Acceptance:
        1. At our sole discretion, Autobia reserves the right to reject or cancel any purchase order for any reason.
        2. Purchases may sometimes or always be subject to certain restrictions:
          1. Restrictions on available purchase quantities.
          2. Restrictions due to inaccuracies or errors in product information or pricing.
          3. Issues identified by Autobia's Credit and Fraud Department.
          4. Or similar factors that we may determine at our sole discretion, which could lead to the cancellation of the order.
        3. Additional information may be requested before accepting any purchase order.
        4. We will contact you if your order is canceled in whole or in part, or if further information is required to accept your order.
        5. If your order is canceled after the amount has been charged to your credit/debit card, the charged amount will be refunded to your Autobia wallet, and if you wish to have the amount transferred to your credit card account, you must inform Autobia of the amount to be transferred; this notification is solely your responsibility, and Autobia bears no liability.
        6. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their credit/debit card is active and functional when processing a refund.
      4. Regarding Non-Receipt of Order:
        1. If no authorized person is available to receive the order at the specified location, the driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving the designated location.
        2. The driver will contact the user only via the registered mobile number.
      5. Regarding Order Modification:
        1. Autobia reserves the right to reject modification and cancellation requests; if such requests are accepted, you will need to follow up with the technical support team regarding your order.
        2. Given the nature of Autobia's systems, if you wish to add products to your submitted order, you may place a new order by contacting customer service.
        3. Orders that are canceled after delivery or partially canceled during delivery are subject to a cancellation fee determined by Autobia, which shall not exceed the order value, and will be deducted from the refund amount for delivery and processing.
        4. The user agrees to accept and waive any right to object to Autobia's decision regarding the receipt of orders, accepting it as final.
        5. If the user orders items that turn out to be unavailable, they may choose to replace them with a similar item or cancel the item entirely.
      6. Regarding Out-of-Stock Items:
        1. Autobia makes every effort to ensure continuous availability of goods; however, if products are out of stock or unavailable, we will offer the user the option(s) to obtain an alternative or similar product, or to cancel the item entirely and/or replace the product with a different size variant from the same brand. In all cases, if the alternative product is more expensive than the originally ordered product, the customer will bear the difference, and if it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
        2. Autobia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose a limit on the quantity of items purchased per person, entity, or per order.
        3. These restrictions may be applied to orders placed from the same account, using the same credit card, or using the same billing and/or delivery address. Autobia will notify the customer in such cases.
        4. Autobia reserves the right to prohibit sales to distributors, retailers, wholesalers, or any party intending to resell the products.
      7. Regarding the Use of Credit Cards:
        1. If the user notices that their credit card has been used without their consent, please inform Autobia immediately and no later than 8 hours after discovery. Additionally, the user should notify the credit card issuer within the timeframe specified by the card’s policies.
        2. If funds are mistakenly added to your wallet via Autobia, autobia.com reserves the right to deduct the amount without notification and cancel the order if those funds were used to pay for the order.
      8. Regarding Expired Products:
        1. We take care in selecting goods/products with appropriate expiration dates.
        2. In the event that any item is expired, Autobia's responsibility is limited to refunding the associated amount upon receipt of the expired item, so please notify us immediately.
      9. Regarding the Use of Discount or Promotional Coupons:
        1. Promotional codes (coupons) may require a minimum order value for each purchase, as well as other restrictions or exceptions such as duration, quantity, etc. The conditions will be specified with each promotional code.
        2. Only one coupon per purchase, per account, or per any period specified by Autobia is allowed.
        3. Coupons can only be used at the time of placing the purchase order.
        4. All orders are reviewed by Autobia's support/customer service team before execution.
        5. If it is found that any purchase orders violate any of the site's terms and conditions, the orders will be modified accordingly.
        6. Promotional coupons do not have a monetary value; rather, they provide a conditional discount as specified by Autobia when announced.
      10. Regarding Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints:
        1. If you notice a defect in the product upon delivery, you have the right to refuse acceptance and request an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:

        2. If the order has not been shipped, the user may modify or cancel it within 24 hours without fees; however, if the order has been shipped, a product return fee will be charged provided that the product has not been opened and remains in its original condition.
        3. For any items requiring an exchange or return, please contact Autobia customer service at your earliest convenience.
        4. If you notice visible damage in the products received in your order(s), you have the right to refuse acceptance and may file a complaint regarding the order at the following email address: [email protected], or through the website/app technical support.
        5. Please ensure that your complaint includes a photo of the damaged product so that its condition can be verified, ensuring that the product or its sealed packaging has not been opened.
        6. Acceptance of the complaint by Autobia's customer service team means that processing of the refund to cash or credit cards may take up to 14 business days at the maximum possible timeframe, especially when a third party is involved; the period may be extended in cases of emergencies, official holidays, or technical obstacles.
        7. In all cases of returns and exchanges, the product must be in its original packaging, and any product that does not meet these conditions or any other condition set by Autobia will not be accepted.
      11. Regarding modifications on the terms of use:
        1. Autobia reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
        2. The latest version of the Terms of Use can be accessed on the dedicated pages of the website and app at any time.
        3. If the modifications to the terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, please stop using our digital platforms immediately.
        4. Your use of Autobia's services via the website/app signifies your agreement to and compliance with the Terms of Use and any subsequent agreements issued by Autobia.
